This means healing energy is not bound by physical proximity. As your IET® practitioner, I facilitate your session exactly as I would if you were here with me in person — with presence, care, and attunement.
At the time of your scheduled session, we’ll meet on Zoom. You’ll simply relax in a quiet space, in whatever way feels most comfortable to you. I often recommend using headphones so you can fully drop in and follow the sound of my voice as I guide you through the process.
You’ll be invited to lie down and soften. I’ll walk you through every step of the session, supporting you as you set your intention and invite your body to gently release whatever it’s ready to let go of — with ease and grace.
As we move through the session, I’ll bring your awareness to specific areas of your body where energy is shifting. You’ll begin to feel and recognize your own energetic patterns. I’ll also guide you in how to access and connect with your subtle body, supporting a deepening of your own energetic sensitivity.
At the end of your session, we’ll spend up to 10 minutes integrating — allowing space for you to ask questions, share insights, or simply rest in the stillness.
The effects of your session will continue to unfold in the days that follow, as your body integrates the energetic shifts.
You may feel energized, light, clear, tired, unsettled, or in a state of gentle transition. Sensations, emotions, or memories may rise as your system rebalances and old patterns begin to release.
Trust your process. Your experience is uniquely yours — and it is valid.
Honor what arises. Drink plenty of water, allow yourself time to rest, and soften your schedule if possible over the next 48 hours.
Give yourself space to reflect. Journaling during this time can deepen your insight and help anchor the wisdom that’s emerging.

Individual sessions are $77 CAD, or you may choose a 3-session package for $222 CAD for deeper integration and continued support.
All sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to receive the full benefit from the comfort of your own space.
While the session itself lasts approximately one hour, I invite you to set aside 90 minutes to ensure a spacious, unhurried experience. You’ll receive gentle guidance in advance to help you prepare and receive the most from your time.
